Home comforts

All apartments have digitally controlled underfloor heating - a cost effective and energy saving way to heat your home. Underfloor heating has the additional benefit of leaving walls free from radiators. Each bathroom and wet room benefits from a stylish chrome towel radiator and this is operated on a separate heating system to the flooring.

All apartments have a whole-house ventilation system which works to continually clean and refresh the air inside each apartment. Gas and electric will be managed by "Smart Meters". These will be conveniently sited, avoiding the use of pipework and meter boxes. They will provide real-time information about utility usage, both for building performance and to monitor your carbon footprint.

 

Bathroom sanctuary

All apartments feature a luxury en-suite wet room to the main bedroom. Both bathrooms and wet rooms have tiles to the floor and where required to the walls and are fitted with quality Spanish sanitaryware from Roca.

The superbly efficient hot water system and thermostatically-controlled power showers ensure a blissful sanctuary.

 

Kitchen heaven

A place of pure pleasure, designed and manufactured in Germany by Schuller. A wide choice of worktops and door finishes are available to early buyers. The kitchens comprise fully integrated appliances – fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor fan.

 

Safe and sound

A door intercom system will cover all building entrances, with timed lobby security. The main gates have vehicular access controlled by remote control for additional security.

 

Rooms with a view

All external windows and doors are constructed from polyester powder coated aluminium. The sophisticated thermally-broken and double glazed windows and doors feature a multi-point locking system. The window system has been designed to keep noise transmission to a minimum and each window is fully reversible for ease of cleaning. Selected apartments offer external balconies with double door access, whilst others boast aluminium conservatories with outdoor living spaces and terraces.

 

Making an entrance

The main doors to both buildings, lead to a spacious lobby area with individual mail boxes for residents. The upper floors are accessed by lift or carpeted staircase. The staircases feature modern glass balustrades and each floor has its own lobby area. The penthouses have their own private lobby to which the lifts have private key access to penthouse level.

 

Keeping up appearances

All communal areas will be maintained by the development’s Management Company. This is to include exterior window cleaning, lift maintenance, ground keeping of gardens and refuse areas, buildings insurance and general cleaning of internal communal areas and windows.

 

Parking facilities

In addition to the assigned parking space for each apartment, visitor and disabled parking will be available. More spaces will be available for purchase on a first-come first-served basis.

 

The choice is yours

As an early purchaser, you have the option to revise the layout of your apartment. One option could be to increase the size of the second bedroom or create a larger utility area or study. The kitchen and bathroom specifications could also be upgraded or modified. Our sales team will be able to discuss options available to you, if required.
