Working in partnership with Carter Construction, PPM was created for the residents by the residents. Founded in 2008 by Roger Carter, it was realised through various consumer research activities that the owners and tenants of leasehold properties were not satisfied that they were getting good value for money with their property management company; both in terms of physical monetary cost and the actual service provided.
