Working on behalf of East Staffordshire Council, Carter Construction was appointed as the Principal Contractor for the construction of a new external sports flooring facility.

The project incorporated the construction of new synthetic outdoor sports field, primarily for hockey use but also suitable for most other sports. Project incorporated new dynamic shock pad, sand-filled carpet, universal line markings and spectator fencing.

Working on behalf of Derbyshire Dales District Council, Carter Construction was appointed as the Principal Contractor for the construction of a new internal sports flooring facility.

The project incorporated the construction of new indoor sports flooring facilities to main sports hall and adjacent facilities hall. A seamless acrylic flooring system, with a dynamic shockpad, was utilised to provide a superb multifunctional sporting floor.

Project: Alterations and extension to Existing Facilities, New Sports Pitches

Working for Highfields Sports Club, Carter Construction was the overall Principal Contractor, adapting the existing building with major extension, providing 10 Changing Rooms, Social, Catering and Office Facilities, and outside viewing areas. The project also incorporated the construction of a new Water-base Hockey facility with watering system, bore-holes, tanks and lighting, along with a similar sand-based hockey facility, and a half-size warm-up/football area.
