Working on behalf of Derby Transit Centre, Carter Construction was appointed as the Principal Contractor for the design and build of a new Industrial Unit.

The project incorporated the design and build of a new industrial unit to provide MOT station and servicing capacity for Derby Transit centre. Construction included steel frame with metal and masonry cladding, a new two storey office/ amenity facility and a new car parking area.

Working on behalf of Gordon Ellis & Co, Carter Construction was appointed as the Principal Contractor for the design and build extension of an existing Industrial Unit, along with the provision of new offices and showroom areas, new works canteen and Client Reception facilities.

The project incorporated the major design and build extension to an existing unit incorporating steel frame on complex foundations, metal and masonry cladding, two storey office and showroom facility and additional car parking.
