Client Feedback

"Further to working as the main contractor on the project to build a new isolation block and office extension at our Derby Adoption Centre, I just wanted to express my thanks to you and all your tem for the very 'hands-on', practical and professional way in which the job was handled. To have undertaken a project of this size and complexity in an operational cattery without there being any significant disruption to the work of my colleagues on site speaks volumes for the degree of customer care that has been shown.

Your willingness to respond to changes required by Cats Protection and also in seeking sensible work-rounds to unforeseen eventualities during the project was most refreshing to experience. I hope that we will have the opportunity of working on another project at some point.."

"Particularly good customer service and very good on-site supervision. Would not hesitate to use Carter Constrcution again."
