Burley House
Turnkey Construction of a new, bespoke Office Building incorporating 4 Individual Office Suites, on behalf of a private client. Situated in Rowditch, Derby – the site was extremely restricted, and overlooked by numerous other parties. We had to incorporate complicated Tree Protection measures, as well as working within a very tight site. To meet the current Building Regulations, the Building had to attain minimum air losses (6m3/hr achieved!), as well as incorporate sustainable heating systems. To achieve this, we installed individual Air Source Heat Pump systems, running individual Heater/Chiller units, combined with Heat recovery air extraction schemes throughout. The building also incorporated a platform access lift. |
